And on Jan. 1, 2019, join millions of viewers around the world and enjoy the 130th Rose Parade and the Rose Bowl Game, the two biggest events of the Tournament of Roses in Pasadena.

In keeping with tradition, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) offers free rides on New Year’s Eve to provide safe transportation and reduce holiday traffic congestion. All Metro Rail and Bus lines are free from 9 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 31, 2018 until 2 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019. Metro Rail operates all-night service on New Year’s Eve for those staying out extra late and to encourage easy travel to the Rose Parade. NOTE: All Metro Rail lines and the Metro Orange Line will operate all night every 20 minutes on New Year's Eve.
