Lucques
Lucques, the Suzanne Goin / Caroline Styne flagship restaurant that was once the rustic carriage house of the Harold Lloyd Estate, is serving a lavish five-course Valentine’s Day menu that's perfect for couples. Highlights include Hamachi Crudo, Schaner Farms Blood Oranges, Black Bass with Meyer Lemon Risotto, Herb-Roasted Rack of Lamb, and Sesame Chocolate Bar. Pricing is $150 per person with supplemental wine pairing available for $60.

Mélisse
Josiah Citrin's Mélisse presents a seven-course Valentine's Day menu that begins with egg caviar. Other courses include artichoke soup, yellowtail tartare, Croquette of Suckling Pig or Stonington Maine Diver Scallop; Black Bass "En Ecailles" or lobster risotto ($50 supplement); SRF New York Strip or California Lamb Loin; and Dark Chocolate & Coffee. Pricing for the prix fixe menu is $365 per person.
Native Restaurant
With the tagline, "An Expression of Love Through Food," Native Santa Monica would seem to be an ideal spot for Valentine's Day. Native will be offering a four-course shared meal for two for priced $75 - $125, depending on protein selection. The menu will feature large format proteins designed to share, as well as the option to go entirely vegan. To make the meal even more special, there will also be one-night-only wines by the glass available. For solo diners looking for a fancy night out, Native is offering an a la carte menu for singles, exclusively in the bar and lounge.

Nerano
At Nerano in Beverly Hills, Executive Chef Michele Lisi is offering a Valentine’s Day tasting menu for two. Antipasti is a choice of roasted scallops or pea soup. The pasta course offers Risotto al Granchio or Tagliolini alla Norcia. Mains feature pan-roasted snapper filet or Harrison Farm Beef Tenderloin. Finish with Guanaja Dark Chocolate Mousse with Coffee Gelato and Maldon Salt. The tasting menu is priced at $240, with an optional wine pairing for $85 per person. Dishes are also available a la carte.

Otoño
Located in the heart of Highland Park, Otoño will be offering a Spanish-Japanese Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu from 5:30 to 8:00 pm. Highlights include Japanese Vegetable Tempura, Tortilla Española Chawanmushi, Baja Sea Bass Sashimi, Chicken Heart Yakitori, and Unagi Paella for two. Pricing is $80 per person with optional $20 sake + wine pairings.
Otium
Situated in an urban plaza beyond a small grove of olive trees adjacent to The Broad, Otium was praised by the late LA Times food critic Jonathan Gold as the city's "most ambitious restaurant in years.” On Valentine's Day, Otium presents a special tasting menu by Chef Timothy Hollingsworth, a photographer to capture the memories, live music and more. The four-course tasting menu includes Pâté en Croûte, Maine Lobster Lasagna, and White Chocolate Gateau. Pricing is $125 per guest.

The flagship restaurant of Joachim Splichal’s restaurant group, Patina is one of the premier fine dining restaurants in Los Angeles. Served from 5-10:30 pm, the Valentine's Day prix fixe menus include highlights like uni, abalone & mackerel; Maine lobster, parsnip tortellini, omble chevalier, Colorado bison, milk-fed veal, and baba au rhum. Pricing is $105 for three courses and $160 for six courses.

Petrossian Restaurant & Boutique, the caviar mecca located just steps from the shops on Robertson Boulevard, is celebrating Valentine's Day all weekend long. Petrossian will feature a tasting menu on February 14, 15, and 16 starting at 5:30 pm. There will also be live classical music throughout the weekend.

Playa Provisions
The third endeavor for Top Chef Winner Brooke Williamson and husband Nick Roberts, Playa Provisions houses four restaurant concepts in its 7,000 square-foot Playa del Rey space. In addition to its regular menu, Playa Provisions is offering a la carte Valentine's Day specials, such as Hawaiian Kampachi Crudo, Day Boat Scallops, 12 oz Braised Short Ribs, Strawberry Napoleon, and a special Melt Your Heart cocktail with Hendrick's Gin, elderflower, lemon, and grapefruit infused Campari "heart."

The Raymond 1886
At The Raymond 1886, Executive Chef Jon Hung has created a four-course prix fixe menu that will be available from Tuesday, Feb. 12 to Sunday, Feb. 17 along with the full dinner menu each night. Priced at $115 per person, the prix fixe menu starts with an amuse of bleu cheese & candied kumquats on brioche, then a first course of Lobster Bisque or Fennel & Blood Orange Salad. The second course offers Tuna Tartare with miso aioli and taro chips, or Crispy Pork Belly with sweet chili sauce. Mains include Speck Wrapped Monkfish, Porcini Ravioli, or Braised Short Rib. Finish with Mascarpone Cheesecake or Chocolate Budino. Head Bartender Cameron Masden has created cocktails for a romantic evening: the Bow and Arrow (bourbon, scotch, chocolate bitters, and maple; stirred on a rock and garnished with an orange peel) and the Amor! made with vodka, orgeat, lemon, and hibiscus - served up with a lemon peel.

On Valentine's Day, Neal Fraser's Redbird is offering a three-course prix fixe dinner that includes options like Kumiai Oysters, roasted beets, Duck Egg Chawanmushi, lamb heart tartare, Redbird Smoked Tofu, Capon Roulade, Diver Scallops, Filet of Beer, and a dessert selection of Flourless Chocolate Cake, Buttermilk Mimosa, and Pistachio Financier. Pricing is $125 with optional wine pairing (3 oz pours) for $65.

Named after his mother, Rosaliné is described by Chef Ricardo Zarate as the “next phase of Peruvian dining.” On Valentine's Day, Zarate is serving a four-course tasting menu priced at $90 per guest. Dinner starts with an oyster amuse, then a first course of ceviche frito or daikon fish. Next is a veggie friendly gnocchi. The main course is shared per couple - mushroom quinoa risotto with a choice of short ribs, grilled dorade fillet, or grilled king oyster mushrooms. Finish with Devil's food cake soaked in Kirsch served with white chocolate mousse, black cherries, and coconut ice cream.

Nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains above Malibu, Saddle Peak Lodge is a warm, rustic retreat located in a romantic setting along a creek that runs from Las Virgenes Canyon to the Pacific Ocean. On Valentine's Day, Saddle Peak Lodge is featuring a four-course tasting menu that starts with Pacific Oysters "Menage a Trois," roasted beet salad, or Peruvian albacore tuna tartare. Located in the upscale neighborhood of Brentwood, Tavern is serving a Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu that starts with oysters on the half shell for two ($10 supplement per guest). Next is sweet pea pancakes with Dungeness crab, American caviar & Meyer lemon; followed by Schaner Farms citrus and little gems salad. Main course options include ricotta gnocchi, wild striped bass, beef short ribs, or grilled ribeye for two ($25 supplement per guest). For a sweet finish, enjoy phyllo chocolate tart with coffee ice cream and caramel. Pricing for the four-course menu is $98 per guest with a $55 supplemental wine pairing.
If you're looking for a more casual night out, the bar at Tavern will be serving an à la carte Valentine’s Day Menu starting at 6:00 p.m.

The acclaimed trattoria in Brentwood, Toscana is offering Valentine’s Day dinner specials such as Maine lobster salad with pistachio crust and citrus dressing; risotto with pear and gorgonzola cheese, red wine reduction; lamb chop with seasoned vegetables, balsamic reduction.
