The 72nd Annual Golden Globe Awards are taking place on Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015. Hollywood’s biggest stars will gather at the Beverly Hilton to celebrate the best and brightest in film and television. Moët & Chandon, the official Champagne of the ceremony, has enlisted model and culinary expert Elettra Wiedemann to create the event’s official cocktail, the Moët Bijou Rouge. A riff on the classic Bijou cocktail, Wiedemann’s creation will be served throughout the Golden Globes ceremony.
Founder of the Impatient Foodie blog, Wiedemann is a member of Hollywood royalty - her mother is award-winning actress Isabella Rossellini and her maternal grandparents are the legendary Ingrid Bergman and Roberto Rossellini.
Following is the Moët Bijou Rouge recipe, so you can sip along with the stars from the comfort of your own home. Cheers!
