Lubov joined the company as a designer in 1991 and was named Creative Director in 1996. David Oh, Lead Flight Director for the Mars Science Laboratory Rover Curiosity, took his wife, Bryn, and kids -- 13-year-old Braden, 10-year-old Ashlyn and 8-year-old Devyn -- on the journey into "Mars time". Each day, they pushed their schedule forward by 40 minutes, eventually waking up in the evening and sleeping during the day.
