Save Yourself Some Green in LA on Black Friday – and All Year-Long

Each year, on the day following Thanksgiving Day, Americans take advantage of shopping deals on “Black Friday,” which traditionally marks the beginning of the holiday shopping season.   On this day, most major retailers open extremely early, often at 4 a.m., or earlier, and offer deals of 50% off or more on a variety of goods from clothing to toys to electronics to just about anything in the store.  But you don’t have to only shop one day out of the year to get good deals in LA.  The city has plenty of options for Secret Santas, especially if shoppers are looking to bring some of LA’s famous high style to friends and family. At the Westfield Shopping Center in Century City, check out the “Deals and Offers” that are constantly being updated on the website.  Right now, both international and domestic visitors receive 10% off at Macy’s through Dec. 31.  At the Beverly Center, visitors can take advantage of special discounts on shopping and dining with the Beverly Center’s By Invitation Only card.  And at the Citadel Outlets, located just twenty minutes from Downtown LA, visitors can discover year-round savings of up to 70% off at over 115 of the hottest designer outlets such as Guess, Banana Republic, Tommy Hilfiger, Kenneth Cole, Calvin Klein, and more.
