The cuisine we offer is Californian; definitely our take on modern Cal- cuisine utilizing primitive techniques, with a heavy influence using coal and wood.

Our vision is a place of sustainable practices with an approachable menu that allows for community, family and friends to gather; continuing our alliance with the regions wealth of farms and purveyors that provide us with an extensive range of bio-dynamic, ethically raised and carefully crafted goods, we intend to Educate and Introduce our version of healthy eating.

What we really want is to influence, inspired and educate our guests.
