Pie ‘N Burger is a Pasadena favorite near Caltech that dates to 1963. Current owner Michael Osborn has worked there since 1972. Their griddled burgers come with Thousand Island dressing, iceberg lettuce and pickles on a soft bun. Swiss cheese complements the seared meat. So does pie.
