Relive the heyday of Henry Huntington’s Pacific Electric Railway. This upscale, historic steakhouse got its start in 1921 when the founders built a replica of the railway’s “red dining car” and opened its first location. Though the replica is no more, the two existing locations take pride in beautifully capturing the look and feel of old railcars. Only the finest cuts of prime dry-aged, corn-fed beef make it to the table. Enjoy fine dining for breakfast, lunch, dinner or late-night. The dining car is open 24 hours.
