For the main course, diners can choose between a vegetarian option of seasonal market vegetables, potato gnocchi and English pea jus or a local halibut dressed with smoked beets, black rice and tarragon butter or a braised short rib, with daikon, kohlrabi, creamy polenta and red wine jus. Dessert is a bourbon pecan tart with chocolate.
