The Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood is your chance to explore the iconic Warner Bros. studio backlot and go behind the scenes of some of your favorite movies and TV shows. These include the Batman saga, The Big Bang Theory, Gilmore Girls, Friends, and so much more! Tours are held seven days a week and you can take the Studio Tour or Deluxe Tour, that will take you closer for a more in-depth look. Stage 48: Script to Screen
In July 2015, Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood introduced a major expansion to the studio’s popular tour, anchored by the brand new feature, Stage 48: Script to Screen. Stage 48 offers guests the unique opportunity to explore the full film and television production process. Tour the Legendary Backlots and Soundstages
Tour guides will take you behind the scenes of Warner Bros. studios to its backlots where you can see exteriors from films and TV shows including Casablanca, Batman and Friends. You'll also have the opportunity to enter soundstages to see where current shows are filmed. Warner Bros. has over 10 backlots and 30 soundstages that have played host to some of the most iconic television shows and films in history. Now is your chance to explore!
See Batman & Harry Potter Costumes in the Archive
The tour will take you to the Archive, where you can browse two floors of movie memorabilia. Currently the Archive features real costumes and authentic props from the Batman and Harry Potter films. These include costumes, and gadgets from the blockbuster Batman and Harry Potter movies.
See Batmobiles in the Picture Car Vault
The tour also takes you to the Picture Car Vault, which has been transformed into the Batcave. You can see several Batmobiles from the Batman movies, including the Tumbler, Bathammer and Bat-Pod. If you love Batman, you'll enjoy seeing the Batmobiles up close!
Explore Movie Props in the Prop Department
Explore countless movie treasures in the Prop Department portion of the tour. Nearly 100 years of movie props can be found here, many from legendary and current movies like Casablanca and The Hangover. The Prop Department is the largest in the world, so you never know when you'll spot some familiar props for your favorite movies!
More Information About the Tour
The studio tour lasts about three hours and is offered every day from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. In the summer there are extended hours, and no tours are held on Christmas Day. Children ages 8 and under are not permitted on the tour and people ages 8 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult. A Deluxe Tour is also available which lasts for five hours and that takes a more in-depth look at the backlot and soundstages. It also includes lunch at the studio commissary. For parties 25 and larger, there is a Group Tour that can even make special accomodations for schools, companies and clubs.
