The mission of the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board (LATCB) is to advance the prosperity of L.A.'s visitor economy and the livelihoods that depend on it. Manager, International Communications

Coordinator, Client & Destination Services

Job Summary: Reporting to the VP, Client & Destination Services, the Coordinator, Client & Destination Services will support the Directors and Managers of both departments with planning, organizing and coordination of all conventions and self-contained meetings.  Key responsibilities will include interacting with clients and members; communicating creative and sales asset needs with the LATCB Creative Department, along with tracking and assuring timely delivery to events; assisting and assuring brand standards are maintained at all LATCB events; handling related billing and expense processing.  Sharp project management, communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment are key to your success.  Experience in the Travel & Tourism, Sales and/or Hospitality industries, ideally along with Mandarin language skills are preferred and most helpful.
